Airport transfers
If you would like one of our friendly chauffeurs to pick you up from the airport on arrival to Quito, or to take you to the airport when leaving, please speak with reception who will be glad to help and reserve your transfer.
Cost per transfer $ 10 per person + 12% tax
Luggage storage
Your extra luggage can be stored safely in our storage room. We charge $10.00 + 12% tax, to cover insurance (1 to 30 days).

Cafe-bistro
The
café is open from 7.00 am to 9.00pm for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. Wine, beer spirits and soft drinks are available during restaurant opening hours. If you wish to have breakfast before 7.00 am a continental breakfast can be arranged as early as you may wish. All that is required is that you contact the receptionist before 9.00 pm the night before.
Car rent with driver
If you would like to take a day trip to visit the bustling
indigenous market of Otavalo, or simply have a tour around the
Old City of Quito, please do not hesitate to contact reception who will be only too glad to reserve the day or afternoon with one of our chauffeurs, who will take you to wherever you would like. (

Parking
Guests with cars are welcome to use our free parking facility. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any stolen items.
Cultura desk
At our
tour desk, we are able to help you with restaurant recommendations, museums, theatres and art galleries, or any other queries or bookings you may require, including a variety of highly recommended places to stay throughout the country, arrange transportation, day trips, etc…We are open Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. If you require information outside of these hours please ask at reception for assistance.
Internet access
The library is equipped with two computers connected to broadband. If you would like to use the internet, please contact the reception where you will be given a password to access the computers. We charge $5.00 per hour.
Phone
Each room is equipped with a telephone where both national and international calls can be made.
1. The cost to call inside Quito is $0.35, and outside is $0.65 per minute plus 12% tax.
2. International calls cost $3.05 per minute plus 12% tax.
3. Mobile calls cost $1.05 per minute plus 12% tax (please ask at reception for assistance).
Library
The wood-panelled
library is replete with guide books, newspapers and magazines, as well as our famous (and often hilarious!) "The Good, Bad and the Ugly" guest books. A fire is lit in the library's imposing stone fireplace every night, along with an abundance of candles. The resulting warm, cosy atmosphere is redolent of colonial life. Here you can relax in the comfortable leather armchairs, glass of wine in hand, basking in the warmth of the crackling wood fire.
Pet friendly
At Café Cultura we pride ourselves on welcoming guests who wish to bring their animals with them whilst travelling. If you wish to being a pet, please contact reception in order for us to prepare accordingly.
Safe box
Your valuables can be kept safely in our facilities. We charge $10.00 + tax, to cover insurance (1 to 30 days). The hotel is not responsible for any lost valuables from the rooms.
Gifts shop
Our gift shop at reception offers a range of gifts and souvenirs to buy, ranging from postcards to our specialised, individually designed plates and glasses. If you would like to know more information, please contact the reception.
Laundry
We can have your laundry dry cleaned or washed if you like, please fill out the laundry form available in your room and contact the reception desk.
Therapeutic service
If you would like to be further pampered during your stay at Café Cultura, we highly recommend you spend an hour with our masseuse. To make an appointment, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
